ASMI Return and Exchange Policy
At ASMI, we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and efficient. Please review our policy below:
Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns: Items purchased from ASMI are eligible for return within 5 days of delivery if the product is defective, misprinted, or damaged. Returns are only accepted for issues related to product quality. No returns will be processed if the product matches the order specifications and is delivered in good condition. No return will be allowed if the customer has correctly received the product(s) as per the order placed.

Return Process: If you receive a defective or misprinted item, please email us at reachus@storeasmi.com within 5 days of receiving the product. Ensure that you include clear photos of the product, its packaging, the shipping label, and the customer details. Once verified by our support team, we will initiate the process for replacement or refund. Verification usually takes upto 48 business hours. Our working business hours are Monday to Friday 10am-5pm.

Refund Method: Refunds for eligible orders will be processed to the original method of payment (bank account, debit card, or credit card).
Exchange Policy
- Eligibility for Exchange: Products can be exchanged free of charge if there are issues related to misprinting, damage, or defects. To request an exchange, email us at reachus@storeasmi.com with images and relevant details, and we will process the exchange at no additional cost.
In the event that you require a replacement for any product, due to size issues, you are advised to initiate a return request for the item(s) to be exchanged. Upon receiving the returned product at our facility, a refund for the purchase amount will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.
To expedite the receipt of the replacement product, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and size immediately. This ensures that the replacement product is delivered without the need to wait for the completion of the return process, thus minimizing delays.
Shipping Issues
- Lost in Transit: In case your order is lost in transit, we will reprint and reship the products at no extra cost to you. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for re-shipment, depending on your location.
Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellations: Cancellations are allowed only if the product has not yet been printed or dispatched. If a cancellation request is received before printing, the order will be canceled, and the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Once the product is printed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
Delivery Timeframes
- Shipping: Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 7 working days, depending on the buyer’s location.
Responsibility for Delays
ASMI is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by:
- Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, storms).
- Any other circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, transportation issues, or government restrictions.
